About Frank People
Frank People was founded by former top sales performers who kept seeing the same story repeat itself on every sales team we were part of.
As teams grew, sales leaders were either forced to take on sourcing and interviewing themselves or rely on generalist recruiters and talent teams who had never worked in sales and didn’t know how to properly evaluate sales acumen. Both paths led to the same outcome: bad hires, slow ramp times, and constant turnover.
We saw firsthand how damaging this was. Teams lost confidence. Morale suffered. Managers were left doing damage control as people were hired and let go within months, sometimes weeks. This shouldn’t be normal, but it happens when sales hiring is owned by people who don’t truly understand sales, while the people who do are stretched too thin to own it effectively.
Frank People was built to break that cycle.
We’re a sales recruitment firm founded by people who have spent their careers in sales and revenue leadership. We bring an operator’s mindset to hiring by deeply understanding how your team sells, what stage you’re in, and what kind of salesperson will actually succeed in your environment.
We take ownership of sourcing and early evaluation, using a practical, sales-informed approach to assess how candidates think, communicate, and operate in real sales situations. We also know how to position your role in a crowded market and speak to what top performers care about.
The result is a more efficient hiring process, greater confidence in hiring decisions, and sales hires who ramp faster, perform consistently, and stay longer.
