2. Alignment Session
When you decide to partner with Frank People, we immediately schedule a focused alignment session to ensure complete clarity before sourcing begins. This session covers compensation, experience level, sales motion, team structure, product, culture, and the realities candidates will face in the role. By aligning deeply upfront, we’re able to represent your company accurately and deliver candidates built for long-term success.
3. Sourcing & Screening
After alignment, we immediately begin sourcing through our network and targeted outreach. Every candidate is screened so that we can assess real sales signal - experience, judgment, motivation, and how candidates think - before they ever reach your team.
4. Candidate Interviews
High-signal candidates move into client interviews. We provide strategic guidance on the most effective interview formats for the role, helping surface adaptability, critical thinking, and real-world selling skills without alienating senior talent. We partner closely with sales leaders and interviewers, offering structure, recommended questions, and support to ensure each conversation delivers meaningful signal.
5. Offer, Handoff & Ongoing Partnership
Once an offer is accepted and the candidate signs, we manage the close and ensure a smooth handoff. We conduct post-hire check-ins with both the client and the candidate to confirm everything is progressing as expected.
